Deposit: |
All bookings require you to make a deposit. This can be via cheque, direct deposit or credit card – we have a secure booking from for this purpose (128-bit encryption). A deposit of $250 is required on all bookings. In the case of wedding packages, the deposit is $500. Please note that cancellation fees apply and deposits are normally non-refundable. |
| Travel Insurance: |
We strongly recommend that you take out travel
insurance to protect you in the event of cancellation by you.
It will also cover you for loss of luggage and in some cases
any extra costs incurred. All personal belongings are your responsibility
within the premises and we therefore recommend insurance to cover
theft or damage. |

Final Payment: |
Final payment must
be made 45 days prior to commencement of stay.
If bookings are
made within 30
days of arrival then full payment is required upon confirmation
of your booking. |
Check-In
& Check-Out: |
Check in time is 2pm on day of arrival and check
out time is 10 am on departure day. |

Rates: |
All properties will show the validity of the rates. Most properties have now been updated to show prices to March 2009. |
| Cancellation Fees: |
All cancellations must be received in writing. If you do cancel your booking with us, for whatever reason, there will be a cancellation fee charged of $250.00.
- For bookings cancelled after deposit but prior to final payment : $250 cancellation fee.
- For bookings cancelled after final payment no refund.

Wedding Packages: |
A non refundable deposit of $500 for all wedding packages, except Hamilton Island. In the case of wedding packages for Hamilton Island, the non refundable deposit will be $895.
In the case of cancellation, prior to 35 days there will be a full refund less the non refundable deposit. Cancellation less than 35 days prior no refund. |
